In some cases, orders may be automatically returned to us by the postal service. Here are some common reasons:
- 📭 The mailbox was not properly labelled
- 📦 The parcel wasn’t picked up in time from the post office
- 🚫 The address provided was incomplete, incorrect, or not found
💡 As soon as we receive the returned parcel, we’ll notify you by email.
We can then arrange for your order to be sent out again.

No problem - just send us your full and corrected delivery address (including company name if applicable).
Once we receive the return, we’ll resend your order. In some cases, a small reshipping fee may apply.
⚠️ Important info about returns:
- Returns are handled entirely by the postal service, and we cannot speed up the process.
- Returned parcels are not treated as urgent and may take several weeks to reach us.
- We’ll contact you as soon as your returned order arrives at our office to organise the reshipment.
