First, check your tracking link:
- If the shipment is still in transit, be patient – it may just be delayed.
- If the shipment is set to “at customs”, you may need to pay import fees first.
- If the shipment is set to “pick up at a post office” or “pick-up point”, you must pick up your order at the specified address within the specified period.
- If it is marked as “undeliverable”, check your provided delivery address. If you see an error, check if you can change it in your national postal app. If this is not possible, contact us as soon as possible at support@stickeryeti.com
- If it is marked as 'returned to sender', we have to wait for the return label. This can take several weeks. We cannot control or expedite returns.
- If it is marked as “delivered”, inquire (with neighbors, at the reception, in the mailroom) and also check your parcel pick-up points. If it still cannot be found, contact us within 14 days of dispatch at support@stickeryeti.com.
⚠️ After 14 days, the package is considered delivered and accepted.
👉 If your shipment has been returned to us due to an address error, non-collection or unpaid import costs, return shipping costs and new shipping costs will apply.
