If you haven’t received the tracking email, please check your spam folder – the PP might not have been approved yet and production may not have started.

EU: Use your national postal app and enter the tracking number provided.
📍 Tracking status explained:

"In Transit": Your parcel is on the way or waiting at your local post office.

Customs fees (EU): You’ll be informed via the postal app or at delivery.

"Delivered", but nothing received? Check with your neighbors or building reception.

"Undeliverable / Unknown recipient": Usually due to an address issue – check your details. Update directly in your postal app if possible, or contact us with the correct address. Returns often take several weeks and may cause extra charges.
