There are two possible scenarios:
1. 📫 The address on the order was incomplete or incorrect
If the name, address, or other details were incomplete or incorrect (e.g. missing house number, typos, missing company name), delivery may fail or be sent to the wrong address.

But: Contact us immediately with your full and correct delivery address – we’ll gladly look into possible solutions with you.
2. 🚚 The address was correct, but the delivery service made a mistake
Delivery errors can happen. In many cases, the person who received your parcel by mistake:
- returns it directly to the post office
- or puts it in the correct mailbox
💡 Our shipping envelopes are clearly and visibly labelled with your address – exactly as you provided it when ordering.
Sometimes, people drop wrongly delivered letters or parcels into a nearby post box – which triggers a return or redelivery by the postal service.
👉 What you should do:
If your tracking shows that your parcel was delivered to the wrong location, please contact us as soon as possible at support@stickeryeti.com and send us:
- your full delivery address (including company name, if applicable)
- ideally a screenshot of the tracking info showing the incorrect delivery
We’ll investigate the issue together with the delivery service and do everything we can to make sure your order reaches you safely.
