We are sorry to hear that you do not have your CembraPay invoice with the QR Code.
If you have opted to receive your invoice by email, CembraPay will send your invoice with the QR Code to the email address you provided the day after your order is activated. If you do not find anything in your inbox, we advise you to carefully check your spam folder to make sure that the invoice has not been sent there by mistake.
