Always check your payment before trying again!
If you have any doubts about whether your payment has been validated, take a moment to check directly on the account associated with the payment method you used:
- With PayPal: log in to your PayPal account to check whether the payment has been validated.
- With a credit card: check your bank statement. Card payments may take a little time and require manual authorization via notification or your banking app.
🔁 The amount may appear on your account but still be pending authorization. If it is not confirmed within the allotted time, the order will be automatically canceled by the payment system, and the amount will be fully refunded within 5 business days.
