We are sorry to hear that there was a problem with the delivery. Here is what you can do:
- Check your order status on https://www.ups.com/track and see if any information is available regarding the delivery.
- If your order status shows delivered but you cannot find it in your mailbox, the UPS driver might have placed it inside your staircase or given it to one of your neighbours to secure the package (sometimes, they forget to leave a note for you).
If after checking all the options, you can still not locate your order, please contact us again via this link and we will forward the request to UPS for an investigation.
