If the order was already shipped, you can request an address change directly on the tracking page of UPS: https://www.ups.com/ch/en/help-center/sri/tracking/change-delivery.page?/ A change of the delivery address is possible until the day prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Please note that changing your address in your customer account does not change the shipping address of your recent order.
