Make sure the resolution, or the number of pixels that describe your image, is at least 300 dots per inch (dpi) at print size. Your file must be over 600 pixels to print at 2 inches (5 cm). Your file must be over 1200 pixels to print at 4 inches (10 cm).
We suggest uploading a vector PDF or image of 300 DPI in the size of your printing for ideal results.
How can I check if my file’s resolution is high enough for high-quality stickers?
On iOS, select your file and hit CMD + I, and look for dimensions. On Windows, select your file and right-click properties, under detail, find the resolution.
